Rates and Policies
Each cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen, electric heat, fireplace or wood-burning stove, dining area, linens and towels. We do not make beds or clean during occupancy. Up to two pets allowed subject to rules and $50 non-refundable pet charge.

Desired minimum reservation period for the Lodge and the 1780 House is two weeks.

Weekly rates are reduced 5% for stays of 4 weeks or more, 10% for stays of 8 weeks or more, 20% off-season rate reduction applies prior to June 21 and 15% off after Labor Day.

Rates do not include a 7% Maine sales tax.

Homeschoolers' Discount
In addition to the off-season discounts we offer to all guests, we offer an extra 5% discount to homeschooling families, as our way of helping to make a Maine vacation a more affordable option for families who are able to join us during the Spring and Fall.

Refund Policy:
Harborfields will refund a deposit in case of cancellation, if we are able to rent the cottage. If it remains empty, there will be no refund of deoposit.

Check in time is after 3:30 p.m.. Check out time is 9:30 a.m. Reservations run from Saturday to Saturday.

We now have a coin-operated laundry facility on the premises.

Our electricity is currently supplied by Maine Interfaith Power and Light, a supplier of energy from renewable sources.

The Lodge

Overlooks fields and harbor. Two bedrooms with double beds – one upstairs and one downstairs, three single bedrooms and one bedroom with two twin beds, 3 baths, large living area with fireplace, dining room, kitchen and spacious porch. The Lodge can accommodate two families.

Hillside House

	Excellent view, comfortably accommodates four or five guests. Living room-bedroom with woodstove, large master bedroom with double bed, large deck. $920/week

Terrace Cottage

Sleeps four. Living room-bedroom with woodstove, bedroom w/two twin beds, spacious deck.

Shore Cottage

At the harbor’s edge. Accommodates four with two extra beds for visitors. Living room-bedroom with four bunks and woodstove, small bedroom w/twin beds, covered porch.

Wharf House

	Built over the water with views up and down the shoreline. Sleeps two in a bed-sitting room with woodstove. Has roll-in awning over deck. $810/week

Fishing Rock Cottage

On the shore, with room for four. Living room-bedroom with woodstove, bedroom with twin beds, large deck.

Pine Cottage

Accommodates five. Living room-bedroom with two beds and woodstove, bedroom with double and twin bed. Deck overlooks harbor and Back Cove.

Deck House

	Sleeps up to seven. The main floor features living room-bedroom with woodstove, bedroom with two twin beds. Another large bedroom makes up the lower level w/one twin and one double bed, and a half bath. $990/week

1780 House

		The Thorpe Family’s 18th century homestead, a lovely Cape Cod colonial with large central chimney, original pine floors and exposed beams. Has woodstove with glass door in family room. Sleeps up to ten in five bedrooms, two full baths, large covered porch and secluded patio. $1300/week
