Harborfields is a great venue for weddings, family reunions, retreats, anniversaries, and birthday parties!
Bring your family, friends, or colleagues together on the West Boothbay Harbor waterfront. Enjoy separate living accommodations, outdoor gazebo, mooring and dock facilities, and open fields. Plenty of space for erecting tents, tables and chairs directly on the waterfront. Electricity for bands and lighting for day or evening events is available.
Harborfields does not provide tent and equipment rentals nor catering or clean-up, but we can work with you to make these arrangements through our local relationships (for example, we can recommend True North Events & Catering).
Capacity: 56 total (double beds fully occupied), this includes 10 in the Lodge and 11 in the 1780 House, as well as another 35 distributed across the other seven cottages.
The cost to rent the whole facility (all cottages and the grounds) for a weekend is $5000 plus tax; the cost to rent just the grounds (no cottages) is $1500 plus tax; other arrangements are also available.
These terms are available from May 15 to June 15, and September 1 to October 15; if your requirements are outside either of these windows, please let us know -- maybe we can still accommodate you!

personalized individual unique ceremonies for families of mixed faith traditions
Interfaith minister Barbara Prose (Harborfields' manager) can help you design a special ceremony that reflects your own style. Ceremonies have been held down by the water, in the gazebo on top of the hill, and on a traditional lobster boat out on the water. You can have your reception here (whether catered or a do-your-own barbeque), or at a restaurant in town, or even on a party boat out on the water!
