Policies
Up to two pets are allowed subject to rules and $75 non-refundable pet charge.
Boat moorings or dock space are subject to availability and incur an additional charge.
Desired minimum reservation period for the Lodge and the 1780 House is two weeks.
Weekly rates are reduced 5% for stays of 4 weeks or more, and 10% for stays of 8 weeks or more.
We do not make beds or clean during occupancy.
We have a coin-operated laundry facility on the premises for use by guests.
Rates range from $900 to $1450 per week, depending on the cottage. See our Special Deals for off-season rates and other deals.
Rates do not include the Maine state lodging tax.
Reservations should be confirmed with a 25% advance deposit.
Harborfields will refund a deposit in case of cancellation, if we are able to rent the cottage. If it remains empty, there will be no refund of deposit.
Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
Check in time is after 3:30 p.m.. Check out time is 9:30 a.m. Reservations run from Saturday to Saturday.
We begin accepting reservation requests from returning guests in January, and from new guests in February.
Our electricity is currently supplied by Maine Interfaith Power and Light, a supplier of energy from renewable sources
Harborfields encourages recycling of glass and metal containers, cardboard and newsprint. We also invite you to contribute your organic scraps to our compost pile!
