Renovated and expanded in 2011, the Deck Cottage features a new 2nd-story master bedroom suite with a modern bathroom and stunning views of the harbor and the back cove, an expanded first floor bedroom (with a double and a twin), and updates to the kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps up to 8, including a double pull-out sleeper sofa and a twin day bed in the living room. Linens and towels are provided. A direct-vent propane wall furnace and insulation throughout make for cozy comfortable three-season use! Guests have access to the dock, tidal beach and other amenities, including a coin laundry. No TVs, radios, or telephones, but we do offer free WiFi internet access on premises. The outside deck has a great view overlooking the Back Cove, the same as it always has! Overall, the Deck Cottage is approximately 892 square feet in floor area. The new favorite of Harborfields regulars!

2012 Rates
| Opening in late April through June 1: | $1090/week or $218/night (three night minimum stay) |
| June 2 through June 29: | $1160/week or $232/night (three night minimum stay) |
| June 30 through August 31: | $1525/week (Saturday to Saturday) |
| September 1 through September 28: | $1225/week or $245/nigth (three night minimum stay) |
| September 29 through closing in mid October: | $1160/week or $232/night (three night minimum stay) |
These rates do not include the 7% State of Maine Lodging Tax
Rates include linens and towels, and utilities.
Weekly rates are reduced 5% for stays of 4 weeks or more, and 10% for stays of 8 weeks or more.
Rentals of Harborfields Cottages are subject to Terms and Conditions
You may bring up to two pets with an additional fee of $75 per stay, subject to additional Terms and Conditions.

What is "Returnee Hold?" A long-standing tradition at Harborfields is that guests from the past year get "first dibs" on "their" cottage for "their" week for the next year. However, if these returning guests have not confirmed their 2012 reservations by January 31, the "returnee hold" will be released and the dates will become open, available first-come, first-served.
Sometimes past guests do not return, so if you would like to be put on a waiting list for dates that are subject to a "returnee hold," please contact us at reservations@harborfields.com
