Weekly rates are reduced 5% for stays of 4 weeks or more, and 10% for stays of 8 weeks or more.
Rates include linens and towels, utilities, and firewood. We do not clean during occupancy, but can provide cleaning supplies and equipment.
Rates do not include the 7% Maine Lodging Tax
Rentals of Harborfields Cottages are subject to Terms and Conditions
Pet Fee
You may bring up to two pets with an additional fee of $75 per stay, subject to adherence to rules (see Terms and Conditions).
Boat Dockage and Moorings
There is no charge for small boats such as kayaks or canoes stored on land when not in use. Boats stored at the dock or on a mooring are subject to additional charges, as outlined below:
- Small boats stored on the dock: $10 per night ($50/week).
- Small boats (i.e., 14 feet or less) tied to the back of the dock by a bow painter (e.g. dinghies): $5 per night ($25/week).
- Boats tied to the face of the dock (subject to availability): $1.50 per foot (length over all) per night. (or $7.50 per foot per week)
- Mooring (subject to availability): $25 per night ($125/week), includes dinghy storage at the dock.
Moorings for the 2012 season are $800, which includes dinghy storage at the dock, parking, and occaisional short-term tie-ups on the face of the dock.

Availability
We are currently closed for the winter, and will be opening for the 2012 Season in late April. We are now accepting reservation requests from returning 2011 guests, and will begin accepting reservation requests from new guests beginning Feburary 1, 2012, or as soon as we've got the returnees all sorted, whichever is earlier! Please contact us at reservations@harborfields.com to inquire about reservations for 2012. Note that a deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is required to confirm your reservation.
During the peak Summer season, we only accept reservations by the week (or multiples thereof), with check in at 3:30 PM on the first Saturday of your stay, and check-out by 9:30 AM on the last Saturday of your stay.
Other arrangements are possible in the Spring and Fall seasons (minimum stay is two nights).
The availabillity shown is as of the date posted, subject to prior booking.
